Life Coaching Exercises Introduction
In this lesson you will be introduced to integrative life coaching exercises that you will use within your coaching practice to support clients. We recommend that you do the exercises yourself so that you have a personal experience of each exercise. By doing so, you will understand the value and the benefit of each exercise. Remember that not every exercise will be right for every client or every situation they are experiencing. If you find one helpful for yourself it does not necessarily mean that your client will find the same benefit.
