Our hearts go out to the many families who have been impacted by the Texas flooding. Integrative Wellness Academy is here to help! We are dedicated to providing ongoing support to help those in need during these challenging times and over the coming year. Through our skilled graduates, we are providing free virtual one-on-one and group life coaching, trauma support, somatic care, and support on the road to recovery. Additionally our support aims to help Texas residents rebuild their lives and move toward balance. Together, we are stronger and extend a hand of love and support to our fellow community members on the path to recovery and resilience.
