Integrative hypnotherapy is a skills-based, client-centered modality that uses focused attention and guided suggestion to support personal goals like stress regulation, sleep habits, behavior change, and performance confidence. It blends classical hypnosis with complementary tools (breathwork, mindfulness cues, parts/ego-state dialogue, timeline methods) and adapts language, pacing, and techniques to each person’s learning style and cultural context. Clients remain in control at all times: you establish clear stop signals, emphasize consent, and frame all imagery (including regression work) as therapeutic imagination.
Emotional Clearing Method™ (ECM) is an alternative therapeutic emotional clearing technique developed by Dr. Rachel Eva Dew, the founder of IWA. ECM is an advanced integrative life coaching technique that draws on various modalities and theories of neuroscience, mental health, life coaching, and alternative therapies, including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, hypnotherapy, Mind-Body Medicine, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
